After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, we are committed to your health and the well being of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. We will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.

Birthing Guidance

Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. We promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. We will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer any support needed.


Postpartum Support

Postpartum support is essential to a successful recovery and successful breastfeeding journey. Parenthood can be overwhelming at times, which is why we offer overnight doula services as well. Whether help is needed with breastfeeding, small chores, baby care while you sleep or shower,  information, or a few moments alone, We are here to help.


Breastfeeding Support

A lactation support visit, or breastfeeding consultation, offers knowledge and guidance to women who want to nurse their children but are having difficulties starting out or along the way. Breastfeeding consultations and lactation support can help mothers overcome issues and learn how to breastfeed effectively.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga can help support moms-to-be emotionally and physically. With an emphasis on breathing, stamina, pelvic floor work, restorative poses, and core strength, Prenatal Yoga can help you become more resilient during and after pregnancy.

Placenta Encapsulation

Many women report that placenta encapsulation improves your milk supply, improves your mood, decreases your chance of postpartum depression or baby blues, and also, maybe, even increases your iron supply.

Birth Pool Rental

If having a home birth, using a birth pool for labor and delivery could increase comfort and mobility, help with relaxation, stretching muscles and tissue, pain management and easier transition from the womb for baby.

Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support

Navigating loss can be difficult for anyone but experiencing grief without the right support support system could lead to a downward spiral of emotions that tend to linger without resolve.
