Partner Preparation Class $45

Due to COVID, many hospitals have limited the amount of support a birthing person can have while admitted to the hospital. This has placed families in the tough situation of choosing between having the professional support of a doula, and having their significant other or loved ones present. We have developed a class for birth support. We provide them with the information and techniques needed to provide the best support possible.  This class is for family members, friends and anyone providing support during labor and birth. This session is 2 hrs.

Writing Letters

Birth Plan Creation $50

A doula will discuss your vison as well as options for birth, and prepare a typed detailed birth plan for you to provide to your OBGYN or Midwife. This session is  approximately 2 hrs 

We currently only accept TriCare insurance and support UnitedHealhcare Community Plan members through their pilot program. If you have other insurance, please ask your doula how to file for reimbursement. We are happy to set up payment arrangements.
