Freda S. Lynom is a Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula, Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed School Social Worker and a Doctoral Candidate in the Holistic Healing & Metaphysical Program. Freda has over 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, youth, young adults and families in various environments to include: child and family therapy, mental health, juvenile justice, public schools in general and special education, medical social work, children's services, substance use, life coaching and holistic healing. Since 2008, Freda has gained a plethora of experience working with children and families where she has served in the roles of Therapist, Teacher & Educator, Behavior Specialist, Social Worker, Counselor, Mental Health Case Manager, Mentor, Life Coach, Birth Doula and Holistic Healer. She received her Doula training at Raising Phoenix Academy. 

Freda's purpose in life is to guide children and young souls to reach their fullest potential. Her motto in life is, “It takes a village of unconditional love to care for children and prepare them to lead us into a bright future, and that's what I'm here to do!"
